LOGAN, November 12th - ARM Hub CEO Professor Cori Stewart brought an optimistic message to Logan's business leaders this month: Australia's fastest-growing industrial hub is positioning itself to lead the physical AI revolution, not follow it.

Speaking at the Build Logan: Investment and Industry Forum last Wednesday, Professor Stewart addressed Mayor John Raven, Logan Council representatives, and industry leaders about the massive opportunities emerging from AI-powered robotics across manufacturing, logistics, and industrial operations.

"Physical AI is the next frontier, and Logan is building exactly the industrial DNA needed to capture it," Professor Stewart said. "We're talking about robots that can adapt to real-world environments—warehouse floors, construction sites, manufacturing lines. This is where global opportunity meets regional capability."

ARM Hub is helping manufacturers seize this moment through practical AI adoption programs, data infrastructure development, and robotics accelerators like Propel-AIR that ensure regional Australia participates in building the physical AI economy.

Local manufacturer RoboFit's Maryanne Harris captured the region's confidence: "The biggest asset we've got is the local support we've built through strong relationships with council and local school networks to create opportunities for younger generations that are skilled, talented and willing to learn."
